Im 20 years old and Ill be 21 this December. I always dreamed of going to either of these places. Im still in college and I work part time as a lifeguard at my park district. I dont think Ive traveled outside of the U.S

I managed to save up around 4K in my savings (plan to save more to about 6k) Though I go to community college and plan to transfer soon to a 4 year university. Should I just hold off traveling for a while and save up for college instead? Or travel as soon as I have enough?
