Hello! i need some help planning my vacation for this September. My budget is around $2500-$3000, and i would like to go to a beach destination for 7 days. Ive looked at places in Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand but i figured i would ask on this subreddit to see what ideas i can receive . Its going to be my first time leaving the country (US) so this is all new to me. Any advice on cheap flights, hotels, and tips to get the most of my vacation would be gladly appreciated.
A hotel by the ocean would be preferred and activities could include snorkeling, hiking, etc. I am very open to any ideas you might have.
