I am trying to decide on where I want to go for my spring break in about a month. I am a 20 year old guy from the USA studying abroad in Australia at the moment.

I originally landed on Cambodia and Thailand, and have since planned the whole trip. Friends planned on coming but they have since backed out due to money and other concerns. I have never traveled alone and because of this started to think of going to NZ instead. I want to see culture more, but I also love nature and the mountains and such. How easy would traveling alone for the first time be in Cambodia and Thailand? It will probably be about the same price for both. What would you guys say would be the better option?
